The Start Now Incubator, powered by ONSIDE, is seeking experienced facilitators and service providers to support women and non-binary entrepreneurs as they explore, launch, and grow their businesses.

Our program serves entrepreneurs across Canada, with a particular focus on rural, Indigenous, diverse, and underserved communities. Through workshops, mentorship, and practical learning opportunities, we help participants build confidence, strengthen business skills, and connect with a supportive entrepreneurial community.

We are currently looking for facilitators with expertise in:

• Business Registration and Business Start-Up Processes

• New Markets and Export Development

• Sales Training

Selected facilitators will deliver engaging workshops and share practical knowledge, tools, and resources that help entrepreneurs navigate key stages of their business journey.

We strongly encourage applications from individuals with diverse lived experiences, including women, Indigenous peoples, racialized communities, newcomers, persons with disabilities, and members of other underrepresented groups. We value facilitators who are passionate about fostering inclusive entrepreneurship and creating accessible learning environments.
