Who
You have an idea and are either in the early stages of starting your business or actively seeking strategies to grow and sustain your ventures.
You are looking for community and planning tools to create a solid foundation for your business.
This program is facilitated by DLM Consulting.
Eligibility
You can apply for this program as a diverse self-identified woman or non-binary entrepreneur. This includes but is not limited to, women with disabilities; Indigenous women; women in rural or remote regions; recent immigrants; visible minority women; women who identify as two-spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender individuals; and women from Official Language Minority Communities (OLMCs). Ideally, you are (co-)founder, or (co-)owner leading a business in Canada or are a key decision maker within the business.
How do you want to stand out? Who do you want to serve?
Strategic positioning is the process of differentiating your business from the competition, putting your business in a better place to attract and retain customers. With clear messaging supporting your marketing strategies, you can help improve your company culture and appeal to your existing customer base.
That’s good for your bottom line and your impact.
In this two-part workshop, we will help you craft a story that is unique to your brand. This workshop includes three 1 hour working sessions, where we will help you build out your strategy.
